God was not thier

When Marjane was introducing her story in Persepolis I instantly was connected with her. I have extremely have high positive attitude towards Marjane. I am like Marjane because, I want to be differnt from everybody else. That is why I think she has a positive attidue espically a girl that is growing up during the revloution in Iran.

Marjane has a strong connection with God. Which is why I titled my blog "god was not thier" . Your probably all thinking this is off topic. I will explane that now. Marjane was always taught by her parents to follow these three rules: Behave Well, Speak Wll and act well. These three rules are connected to her reliogion and her background with God. During that time , I felt that Marjane childhood seemed things were Segrated for her. God was not thier all the time to help what was going on in the world. God for Marjane was like a conciense. She always had some one to talk to if she wanted to just pray, or have a conversation if she felt the people around her were not giving strong conclusions.

I however do belive in God because I know thier is someone out thier who always hase the right answer. People have differnt religious backgrounds and beliefes. Marjane Satrapi does an incredicable job with describing and connecting why people have differnt belives. I really enjoy the connections she makes because it helps me understand that God is their but he can not help you solve the problems whats going on in the world. So if any one doesnt belive in a God thats alright because no matter what you will always have some one to talk to if you are in a struggle.
