Day 4: Molly

Everyone is different but we are all equal. In Persepolis the main character is Marjane. During Marjane childhood she began to feel things are all changing once. When the revolution began everything thing seemed extremely new to Marjane. She was not used seeing what happening around her so it was culture change. For me going to Columbia is a new experience. When I walked into the doors here I felt I was in a new culture, just like Marjane.
But what I realized when I first walked into Columbia is that everyone is different in their own way. As humans we have to accept that we are equal.

Like Marjane, how do the characters in your book have to interact with other cultures?

In your own life, what cultures do you encounter? What cultures do you consider yourself to be a part of?
