Ever since i was little i've wanted to have a career as an artist in any form what so ever, Through out my school years so far i have tried many different creative skills and hobbies such as guitar drawing painting drums and so on. Although i tried to many different ways to be as creative as possible the only one that realy stood out was my drawing skills, which i have been working on ever since i was little I love to draw and feel like when when i have a pencil in my hand i can create whatever i want and i love that feeling. during my senior year i took A.P studio art and i truly think that single class is what shaped me into the artist i am today because i had never had anyone rush me into finishing a project fully and making sure when i create it im always looking for new and different ideas.
Although drawing is what i believe to be my calling i also have another hobby that i enjoy alot, and that is playing the drums! ive only been playing for a little over a year but have always been extremely interested in drummers over any other band member. i had tried to play guitar and failed miserably but when i finally got the permission from my dad to let me have a drum set its like everything locked right in and i was ready to play unlike guitar where i sucked no matter how much i learnt, the drums were a much more fitting instrument for me and im glad i ddecide to start playing.
the image i chose to use is a drawing by jeremy fish my all time favourite artist and is also the album cover to one of my favourite musicians Aesop Rock they are bothe very influecial figures in my life so i thought this picture was appropriate for this project.
